Welcome to Vipers Lacrosse - 2025/26 Registration

CONTINUING THIS YEAR - PLEASE READ

In an attempt to simplify the process we are moving to a single registration that includes Fall Ball and Spring Registration in one.  This will allow families to register once and be done.  It also provides enough headroom for payment plans (HS players only) that span multiple months.  This is particularly convenient for families with multiple players or those of us that would like to space out the registration fees instead of paying one lump sum. 

 

Youth will register for Fall and Spring below.

 

We have three options for High School Registration Dues:

  • Pay in Full
  • Pay over 4 months
  • Pay over 6 months
  • Pay over 8 months

 

**It is important to note that all required team equipment ( HS only: helmet, bag), Booster Club Membership, your volunteer deposit and any donations that you make are DUE IN FULL at the time of registration and will NOT be a part of the payment plan.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Vipers Lacrosse uses Sports Engine for communication and scheduling.  If you are not a previous user, a new account will need to be created in the parent or guardian's name.  

Youth Fall Ball

Our Fall Ball & Spring Season is for all Vipers 1st-8th grade.  Players will receive a Fall Ball jersey and may attend all 4 HCI clinics as well as 6 additional clinics at CRMS for $150.

These clinics will focus on:

  • Lacrosse fundamentals

  • Individual skill development

  • Offensive/defensive installations in preparation for the Spring

Note: Equipment is not included, but options are available if needed.

  • Sunday, November  16, Canyon Ridge Middle School (10:00-11:30 am)

  • Sunday, November  23, Canyon Ridge Middle School (10:00-11:30 am)

  • Sunday, Dec  7, Canyon Ridge Middle School (10:00-11:30 am)

  • Sunday, Dec  14, Canyon Ridge Middle School (10:00-11:30 am)

  • Sunday, Dec  21, Canyon Ridge Middle School (10:00-11:30 am)

Spring Season – “Game Time”

The Spring season includes:

  • 2 practices per week

  • Up to 10 games

  • Runs from mid-February to mid-April

We’re offering great incentives this year to help grow the sport and get more kids involved!

Early Registration Discount (before December 1, 2025)

  • 1st/2nd Grade (Bantum): $125 (includes $50 discount)

  • 3rd/4th Grade (Lightning): $260 (includes $50 discount)

  • 5th/6th Grade (Junior): $475 (includes $75 discount)

  • 7th/8th Grade (Senior): $475 (includes $75 discount)

Regular Registration (December 1 – January 15, 2026)

  • 1st/2nd Grade (Bantum): $175

  • 3rd/4th Grade (Lightning): $310

  • 5th/6th Grade (Junior): $550

  • 7th/8th Grade (Senior): $550

Referral Discount

Any player who refers a new player (someone who did not play last Spring or Fall) will receive a $50 discount, no matter when you register.
Just have the new player enter your son’s name at registration.

High School Spring Season – $2,550

Registration covers the entire high school lacrosse experience, including Fall Ball.

High School Fall Ball

Fall Ball is required for all Vipers Lacrosse players (except Varsity football players). Attendance is expected. There will be no separate charge this year—just sign up, meet your coaches, and get to know your team.

FALL BALL Includes:

  • 10 weeks of practice

  • Fall reversible jersey

  • Longhorn Shootout Tournament – TBD

  • Fall events: Halloween Stick Switch Game + more

Practices:

  • Begin the week of October 1 and run through December 12

  • Off the week of Nov 24–28 (Thanksgiving)

  • Limited to no more than 2 practices per week

  • Participation in the Longhorn Shootout Tournament – December 6 & 7

SPRING SEASON Includes:

  • Fall Ball (detailed above)

  • Full Spring Season

  • Player uniform package

  • Game Day sweats

  • Custom gloves

  • 1 player ticket to end-of-year banquet

  • Spring events (team-building outing, club-wide family event)

  • Coaches’ salaries, field rentals, tournament entry fees, game officials

  • Club equipment purchases (goals, nets, sideline medical supplies)

Additional Costs (not included in registration):

  • Helmets: Required for all incoming freshmen. Helmets are on a 2-year replacement rotation for safety and certification. Next required helmet year will be Spring 2027.

  • Team Bags: Required for all incoming freshmen or new Vipers HS players. Added at checkout.

  • Varsity Banners: Collected once teams are rostered. Approx. $55 per player.

  • Travel: No upfront fee. Parents cover travel costs once the schedule is set. Fundraising efforts will offset expenses—the more we do, the less we all pay.

Player Uniform Package

All gear is ordered through Stick Star and distributed prior to Spring season.
Package includes:

  • Black uniform (jersey + shorts)

  • White uniform (jersey + shorts)

  • 2 shooter shirts

  • Team Game Day sweats

  • Reversible Fall Ball pinnie

  • Custom gloves

Apparel sizes will be required to complete registration.
Uniform, practice apparel, and Fall Ball are included in the registration cost.

Spring Schedule

  • Practices begin the week of January 19

  • Aggieland Classic and other early scrimmages – TBD

  • Conference/division schedule finalized after the THSLL meeting

  • Playoffs: Late April through early May

US Lacrosse Requirement

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:
 

New US Lacrosse Members

  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
